It can suppress your immune system, upset your digestive and reproductive systems, increase the risk of heart attack and stroke, and speed up the aging process.

The Eden Method is a powerful method to help relieve stress and anxiety, so it doesn’t limit your life. You will learn simple techniques that work quickly and easily so you feel more in control of your communication in relationships, are also able to make decisions easier, and have more energy to fulfill what you would like to do in your life.

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn 6 exercises to:

Help in the moment when anxiety strikes so you aren’t paralyzed and can move forward with confidence

  • Come out of overwhelm so you can clearly see what needs to be done

  • Release pent-up anger and frustration so you don’t take it out on your kids, partner, or friends

  • Calm the Fight, Flight, Or Freeze Response so you can remain centered even when your day is tough

  • Release past emotions that may be holding you back from enjoying the present moment

Hi, I’m Shveta Aneja, a certified Clinical Practitioner and teacher of Eden Energy Medicine, based in Los Altos, California.

I didn’t set out to find energy medicine. It quietly found me! I spent years as a UX designer in Silicon Valley and imagined I would retire in tech. Around 2018, I came across Eden Energy Medicine out of curiosity, and something about it stayed with me. After the pandemic, I felt drawn to explore it more deeply and enrolled in the certification program.

I started applying the learnings to my own stress, health, and emotions, not just learning it, but living it. Over time, I experienced profound shifts in how I felt and how I moved through life, and it changed how I understood the body’s ability to heal.

When I began working with others and saw them feel better after sessions, something clicked. It felt like a calling.

Today, I work with individuals who may be feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, or simply not like themselves. Many of my clients come to me after trying different approaches and still feeling stuck, physically, emotionally, or both.

In our 1:1 sessions, I use my hands to assess and balance your body’s energies across multiple systems, helping restore flow where things may be blocked or depleted. In classes, I teach simple techniques you can use on your own, practices that take just a few minutes but can help you reconnect with your body and feel more grounded and balanced.

This work is gentle, yet deeply supportive. It doesn’t treat conditions directly, but works with the underlying imbalances so your body can return to its natural state of regulation and healing.

I see this work as a partnership. Your body already knows what it needs. Sometimes, it just needs the right support to remember.
